My
name is Don and I have now held an Amateur Radio licence for
over 21 years. I have been married to Maureen since 1963 and
have 5 Grand Children.
I reside in the rural village of
Milton Damerel which is located on the A388 road between the
town of Holsworthy and Bideford North Devon.
The cottage is
sited approximately 173 metres ASL and has a good take off in
all directions.

I moved to Devon from Staines Middlesex where I held
the callsign G1DIF. I retained that callsign until 1992 when I
sat and passed the morse test at Launceston radio rally and
was allocated my present callsign GØRQL.
